Channeltivity has introduced exciting new releases to help vendors manage their channels in an ever more efficient and successful way.

 

Pipeline management has always been a strong point of Channeltivity, and this is now enhanced by several new functionalities. For example, Partner Sales Managers are now able to create different access levels for live leads and thus encourage sales executives to focus on list of prospects most appropriate to their specific responsibilities.

Automated alerts, raised when a new lead is registered or when a request for marketing development funds is progressed, are also a core functionality of Channeltivity, and that area has been enhanced by a brand new notification engine, giving users more flexibility.

 

It is increasingly important for a PRM system to be able to communicate with other corporate systems such as CRM or ERP, and Channeltivity has extended further the reach of the API web services interfaces. Among others, it now also covers Marketing Development Funds, Leads and Deal Registration modules.
